Theophilus Prayer Community
Purpose: The beloved of God are invited to gather together either in body or in Spirit in the presence of God to pray for each other's needs and the needs of the community; to give glory, honor and praise to our God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Scripture: "Again I tell you, if two of you join voices on earth to pray for anything, whatever, it shall be granted to you by my Father in Heaven. Where two or three are gathered in My name, there am I in their midst." - Matthew 18:19-20

Patroness: Our Mother of Perpetual Help

Protector: St. Joseph, Protector of the Holy Family

Duties of all members:
Pray every Wednesday evening from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. for each other's needs and all intentions of the Theophilus Community.

Every day, at noon (12:00 p.m.) pray one Our Father, one Hail Mary, and one Glory Be, for the need of each other and the intentions of the Theophilus Community.

Theophilus Daily Prayer:

God, Our Father, we come to ask you, in the name of Jesus, your Son, our Redeemer, to send the Holy Spirit upon us, in order to guide us in our discipleship.
We pray today (please state your needs and your intentions - also state the intention assigned to this mystery for the Theophilus Prayer Community) and the daily needs and intentions of our Theophilus Community.
We ask all these petitions in the name of Jesus. Give us the grace to accept your will in all things. Amen
Imprimatur:
Most Rev. Donald W. Troutman
Bishop of Erie, Dec. 15, 1992
